Founder - Royden Fairfax
When the market opened up to competition in 1994 Royden left his current
employer, an Energy Broker and established CUB®. The majority of clients that were signed to our services are
still with us today. As a forward thinking business man Royden used his
market knowledge to help establish flexible purchasing in 1999/2000.
Managing Director - Jaqui Fairfax
Jaqui is a qualified accountant and has worked in a wide variety of industries including engineering, food manufacture and catering. As well as being MD of CUB® she is Chair of the Fenland Chamber of Commerce, Regional Ambassador for the National Apprenticeship Service and a Governor of the College of West Anglia. Jaqui is passionate about the benefits that training can bring to an organisation and the individual members of staff and has developed our award winning training scheme.
Business Development & Marketing Director - Mike Fairfax
Mike worked in the manufacturing service sector and marketing before
joining CUB® in 1996. Mikes days are
spent speaking to clients and suppliers to ensure everyone is informed
of new products and services to make us a market leader. Mike works with
the clients CUB® have in the north of the UK and is also responsible for
developing European, American and Austral Asian projects.
Sales Director - Louis Fairfax
Louis is the third generation of Fairfax’s to work for CUB®. Louis covers the south of England, looking after new
and existing accounts. Keeping our customer abreast of market changes
and ensuring the business grows and develops in line with the needs of
our clients. Louis was awarded Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in
2009.
Melinda Fairfax - Telesales & Marketing Manager
Melinda has a strong sales and marketing background. She is the
first voice you will hear when enquiring about CUB®. She is also
responsible for maintaining our website and leading the telesales team.
Melinda was announced the winner of the Advanced Apprentice of the Year
Award at the Regional Apprenticeship Awards 2010. Melinda then went on
to further success at the National Apprenticeship Awards in London where
she was proud to be presented with the Highly Commended Award, being
recognised as one of the top three Advanced Apprentices in the country
.She has since become an Ambassador for the National Training Awards.
Vicky Peat - Administration Manager
Vicky joined the CUB® team in 2008. She is the Manager of the Admin Department. She has particular involvement in HR, Recruitment and Health and Safety. Vicky was nominated by her colleagues as Employee of the Year 2009.
Rob Halstead - Internal Sales Manager
Rob is the Internal Sales Manager for CUB®. He manages the Internal Account Managers, Sales Administration staff and also runs our Agents Programme. He has over 15 years experience within the customer service industry, ranging from team management to training and complaint management.
