Overcharges - We have found many clients with billing anomalies following our analysis of their charges. We can identify and negotiate refunds together with ongoing savings on your behalf.
Metering - We Can identify faulty meters which lead to higher charges being levied. Also we can advise on the fitting of a meter where applicable and will ensure the meter size / standing charges are correct.
Leak Detection - Where high consumptions are being recorded compared to the nature of the business we can detect leaks quickly and obtain leakage allowances on the clients behalf.
Sewerage And Surface Water - CUB will ensure you pay the correct amount for these services by completing a full site survey. Should any discrepancy be found we will attempt to recover costs in all cases.
Trade Effluent Charges - Where a client pays trade effluent charges we will ensure the tariffs are correct and that the onsite pre-discharge treatment is the most efficient process available in terms of cost per cubic metre; futhermore any other anomalies would be identified."
