How will the energy market affect my contract price?
All gas and electricity prices given to you from any supplier, any broker or consultant are governed by the energy markets. This is why from year to year upon your renewal your price may have increased or you may have received a saving.
Our responsibility is to provide you with the most competitive prices within the market. We will ensure you are advised when the market conditions are most favourable and provide energy market analysis to help you make a choice on contract terms.
How will you negotiate my contract?
CUB is an energy consultant and completely independent. With 17 years experience of supplier relationships you can be certain we are committed to only dealing with first class gas and electricity suppliers for both service and price.
Once we have tendered your portfolio our recommended term, price and supplier will all be quoted to you in a report. This report will only be sent out to you after we have communicated what day is most convenient for you as we appreciate running a business leaves little or no time. Our pricing department will view these prices and compare them only when they feel these prices are reflecting upon the energy market these will be sent to you.
If you are an existing client of CUB we have a contract renewal process ensuring the correct notice period is provided to your current supplier ahead of schedule to avoid any contracts within your portfolio from rolling onto out of contract rates which could incur your business unexpected costs.
Is there an aftercare service?
From start to finish you will be updated on your portfolio progress? Even after your contract has been signed we will ensure your portfolio is reviewed and maintained by our contract renewal processes, billing query investigation and energy market update reports.
